"How do I prepare myself to run Jättelångt?" is a question that might pop up in your head when you have signed up for this  cross-country-ultra-marathon-race.

Well lets put it this way.... Jättelångt is not one of those bananaraces where you will have full support the during the whole race. You need to be able to take care of your self during the race. So bring the food, drinks, clothes, wine, beer or what ever you think you might need to run 68 km in the swedish nature (No, there will not be any polar bears, thanks global warming... ;) ). We do expect you to bring a working cellphone so we can call and check how things are.

The start point will be in the town of Norrtälje. It is very easy to go from Stockholm to Norrtälje by bus 676 from Tekniska Högskolan (it runs serveraltime every hour from early to late, check www.sl.se) And Stockholm has several international airports, the closest ones are Arlanda and Bromma.
